This Privacy Policy is for the EtznabAI application (Meta App ID 1034423049482698), operated by the Etznabai business portfolio. It is our own policy. It is not Meta’s, Facebook’s, or Instagram’s privacy policy.

EtznabAI is an internal business tool. It is not a consumer social app and it does not offer Facebook Login to the public. It helps the owners of specific Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts draft, review, and publish content through the official Meta Graph API.

1. Who this app is for

The only people who use EtznabAI are:

• the developer / operator (Blastore, contact blastore@hotmail.com); and
• the Page owner (Karla Kadena, karlakadena@hotmail.com).

The Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts the app may access are assets the Page owner already controls: Tzolkin las 13 Lunas, TIME 13:20, Instagram @tzolkinlas13lunas, and Instagram @karla_kadena.

2. What data we process

When authorized Page or Instagram tokens are used, EtznabAI may process:

• Page and Instagram professional account identifiers, names, and usernames;
• existing post and media metadata (post IDs, captions, timestamps, permalinks, public image URLs);
• draft captions and images the operators write for publishing;
• publish and delete audit logs (draft ID, Page, timestamp, resulting post ID);
• technical tokens stored only on the operator’s private server (never in this public site).

EtznabAI does not collect Facebook or Instagram passwords. It does not scrape personal profiles of Page followers. It does not run Facebook Login for members of the public. It does not sell data. It does not use Page or Instagram data to build advertising audiences for third parties.

3. Why we process it (purposes)

• Read existing Page and Instagram content so the operators can match the brand voice.
• Create drafts and, after human approval, publish or delete posts on Pages and Instagram accounts the operators already administer.
• Keep a local audit trail so the operators can see what the app posted or deleted.

Legal bases we rely on for this internal tool: the operators’ instructions as Page admins, and our legitimate interest in running a publishing tool for assets we already manage. We only process what the Meta Graph API returns for Pages and Instagram accounts that have been assigned to the app.

4. Where data is stored and how long we keep it

Drafts, post caches, and audit logs are stored on a private server controlled by the operator. They are not published on this website. We keep them only while the operators need them to run the Pages. We delete them when the Page owner or the operator asks, or when the app is retired.

5. Sharing

Content the operators choose to publish is sent to Meta (Facebook / Instagram) using the official Graph API so it can appear on the Pages and accounts named above. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share this data with other companies for their marketing.

6. How to request that your data be deleted

Email blastore@hotmail.com with the subject line EtznabAI data deletion. Say which Facebook or Instagram account the request is about. We will delete local drafts, caches, and audit records we hold for that request within 30 days, and confirm by email. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram remain under the Page owner’s control and can be deleted in Facebook, Instagram, or by asking us. Step-by-step instructions: User Data Deletion.
